Good LED Indicator Light for the Price
No wiring information was provided for the RJ11 connector, but is Yel - Common, Grn - Red LED, Red - Green LED, Blk - Blue LED. Adequate brightness is available at only 5 volts. Backshell nut provided for panel mounting doesn't fit over the RJ11 connector, so it must be cut off and replaced if used in this way.

Cheap and Decorative Panel Lamp
I use these as panel lamps. They work well. I purchased online a breakout module that has the RJ connector on one end and a terminal block on the other end. This makes it easy to wire them - otherwise I would have to cut off the connector, strip the outer insulation, strip the individual conductors, and splice the wires with solder and heat shrink tubing. For individual projects I am making for myself not a production run, stripping and splicing the wires make it super-economical.
